Parenting the Strong-willed Adolescent
Members of a company also experience challenges outside of the workplace. In this workshop, participants will discover the interactional styles of adolescents. Once these styles are identified, participants will discover how their adolescent can specifically push their parent’s buttons, and strategies are provided for parents to enter into more effective, connecting interactions with their teen.
