Themes of Engagement for Adolescents
Obviously, many members of an organization are also spouses and parents. One of the biggest struggles employees have with homelife is difficult relationships with their adolescent children. In this training, employees will learn themes of engagement for adolescents that lead to important and productive conversations with their children. Participants will learn effective ways of building better relationships with their adolescents through these entry points into conversation.
